Description

The philosophy of the Sauvion winery is aimed at preserving the typicity of soil & grape variety. At the same time, a wine is presented that matches what consumers demand today: lots of fruit, concentration, color, aroma & taste.

The bottom consists of gravel, clay & limestone. The grapes are harvested to perfect maturity. 5-day pre-fermentation maceration followed by vinification in stainless steel vats.

This wine perfectly matches meat in sauce or a dessert made with chocolate. It can also be drunk as an aperitif, possibly even slightly chilled.
